Dialcraft Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Dialcraft (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Dialcraft is operated by CDR Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

Dialcraft is a mobile application designed to help users track and refine espresso brewing by logging shots, recipes, beans, and equipment.

Features may include:

  • Tracking espresso shots
  • Saving brewing recipes
  • Managing coffee beans and equipment
  • Optional cloud backup and account features
  • Optional sharing of public recipes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. Accounts

Some features of Dialcraft require creating an account.

You agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You will maintain the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. User Content

You may create content in the app including recipes, shot logs, notes, and bean information.

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting public recipes or shared content, you grant Dialcraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing on others’ rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the app
  • Disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
  • Impersonate others or submit misleading content

6. Intellectual Property

The Dialcraft app, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of Dialcraft. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Data Backup and Availability

Dialcraft may provide cloud backup features, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of all user data.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important data where necessary.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if users violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Users may delete their account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer

Dialcraft is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialcraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Dialcraft shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will provide notice through the app or website. Your continued use of Dialcraft after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
